Dybala: Juventus rejected an offer from Barcelona for me

The Argentine says he will only leave the Italian club if the offer is in the club's interests

Paulo Dybala spoke openly in an extensive interview with 'So Foot Club' and revealed that Barcelona did make a move for him in the summer, but Juventus weren't keen on selling.

"Juventus rejected an offer from Barcelona for me. It was a big offer and that means I'm an important player for the club and I have to thank them for that," he said.

"It is difficult to reject these kinds of offers. What I have clear is that I'm at one of the best clubs in the world and I'm happy.

"If some day I decide to leave, it would only be for the good of the club and not for personal interests."

The Argentine has been liked by Barça for a while, but they've not been able to sign him. They decided not to move for him when he was at Palermo and now his value has risen to around 100 million euros.

Dybala has never hidden his desire to play with Lionel Messi and Barça are keeping him in mind for the future. But it would have to be a massive signing now.
