Dortmund desperate to avoid Marco Reus departure

Borussia Dortmund are desperate to avoid a repeat of what happened to Mario Gotze with Marco Reus. 

As reported by Bild, Dortmund have made a new contract offer to Reus so they can increase his buyout clause, which at the end of the season will be €35million. That means he can be bought for that price next summer.

Reus has a contract until 2017 and has been a Barcelona target for a while.

If they are to sign him, it would be at the end of this season, with €35m a very good price for a 25-year-old. 

Borussia Dortmund are worried, with Barcelona, Real Madrid, PSG, Chelsea and more all alerted to a possible deal.
