Diego Maradona criticises Barcelona's Lionel Messi once again

The Argentine said he was disappointed for not attending FIFA's The Best ceremony in Zurich

Argentina legend Diego Maradona doesn't deal well with the success and talent of his compartiot Lionel Messi. For a while now he has been happy to criticise the player many consider the best in history.

On Monday, in the mixed one at the FIFA The Best event in Zurich, he once again had a few words for the Barcelona star.

In the morning, he suggested Neymar was a better player than Messi. Then, in the afternoon, he took advantage of the absence of the Barça players to stick the knife in.

"I'm disappointed with Messi, from watching television at home you cannot fight anything or anyone -- here you can fight," Maradona told Televisión Española.

"I do not know why Barcelona did not come to such an important event. They have priorities and the priority was for Leo not to come. I think coming here [Zurich] they could fight more than they would in Barcelona."
