Deco: "Ronaldinho was more talented than Messi and Cristiano"
The former Barça midfielder Deco shared a dressing room with both Ronaldinho and Lionel Messi at Barça, and with Cristiano Ronaldo for his national team. For the Portuguese international, Brazilian by birth, there is no doubt, Leo and Cristiano Ronaldo are very good but do not equal the creativity of 'Ronnie'.
In comments made to 'Sky Sports', Deco says: "Ronaldinho was more talented than Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. When we didn't know what to do, he would create chances to score.
CR7 was young, athletic and very competitive. Messi worked hard to do what he does now with the ball for Barça. But what Ronaldinho had was completely natural, he had a special ability. Every time we gave him the ball, he would score a different type of goal".
The trio of Deco, Ronaldinho and Messi won several trophies together with FC Barcelona in the 2005/06 season. The most remembered are the Liga and the Champions League, competitions in which all three were key despite the Rosario star Messi missing the last part of the season through injury.
