Danish U21 star Pione Sisto dreams of playing for Barça

Pione Sisto has been one of the revelations of the U21 European Championship, courtesy of his brilliant performances for the Danish U21 national team. The player, of African descent, gained Danish citizenship in December of 2014.

Named Player of the Year in 2014, Pione Sisto told press at an AIPS Young Reporters interview that his dream is to play for Barcelona with one of his idols, Lionel Messi.

With respect to the fact that Sisto has also now turned into an idol for many young footballers, he explained: "My message is that happiness has to be what drives you forward, especially during the inevitable breaks."

Blaugrana representatives are following the player closely, but for the moment he will stay at FC Midtjylland.
