Dani Alves says he didn't get married to Joana Sanz this week
Dani Alves has used his Instagram account to deny that he got married this week to his partner Joana Sanz. On Wednesday, the magazine 'Hola' reported that the Brazilian had married the model in a secret ceremony in Paris, something which has turned out not to be true.
"Many thanks to Alfonso Bravo (photographer) for the incredible photos, although I want to take advantage of this moment to clear up that I have still not married my love, Joana Sanz. But my soul is linked to hers more than a ring, a white dress and a suit. Thanks for the congratulations anyway," the right-back wrote.
The confusion had weight added to it by some quotes made by Joana Sanz in the magazine 'Woman' a few weeks ago. "There will never be a date for a wedding. We don't ever make plans for the future, I don't know what I am going to do tomorrow, it's all relative. It's an agreement we both have and the day when there are big words, no-one will know," the Canary Islander had said.
With all that in mind, and seeing how in love they are, it wouldn't be strange if there is a wedding soon...
