Dani Alves' agent and ex-wife says Barça man will listen to other offers

Dani Alves' future remains uncertain.

Despite the player and Barcelona beginning talks over a new deal during the last few weeks, his agent and ex-wife, Dinorah Santana, has suggested he could still leave the club next summer.

Speaking to the Cadena Ser's 'Què t'hi jugues', she may have been pushing Barça into action.

"If Barcelona wanted to renew Alves' contract, they would have done it," she said.

Santana then added she "would not do things like this" in what could be perceived as a dig at the Catalan club's sporting department.

With regards to other options, she said: "We will see what is avaialble in December and January... after that we will see what is the best option."

Alves' deal with Barça ends in 2015, however the player was convinved the terms included the option to add an extra year until 2016.

His agent even suggested that Tito Vilanova thought that was the case too.

"Tito told us not to be worried because the contract was until 2016," Santana finished.

"Although now it seems that wasn't the case."
