The coach compared the club's situation to that of Milan, Man United, Ajax and Inter

He says Barcelona have hard work to do when it comes to rebuilding

Former Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri thinks Barcelona’s winning cycle is over.

Speaking on BT Sport after the club faced Juventus, drawing 0-0 and being eliminated from the Champions League on aggregate, the Italian coach said: “It’s the end of an era.

“Now the have a lot of reconstruction work to do. It’s not the first time this has happened in football. The cycles end. Manchester United’s ended, so did Milan’s, Ajax’s and Inter’s after the treble. Now it’s Barcelona’s turn.”
