Claudio Bravo arrives in Manchester ahead of City move

Claudio Bravo has been pictured at Manchester Airport as he enters the final stages of his transfer to Manchester City.

The two-time Copa America winner flew at 13:00 from Barcelona to Manchester on Tuesday, where he will now complete the required medical examinations before joining Pep Guardiola's team.

However, City will not announce the deal until Thursday as Barça want to wait for Jasper Cillessen to remain unscathed in Ajax's game with Rostov on Wednesday before the Netherlands international makes his move to the Camp Nou.

Bravo played two seasons for Barça and helped win two La Liga and Copa del Rey titles as well as achieving the Catalan club's second treble in its history in his debut campaign.

The transfer will become of the top ten most expensive goalkeepers for a fee in the region of 20 million euros.
