Barcelona stopper Claudio Bravo aiming at 1000 minutes unbeaten in La Liga

Claudio Bravo is synonymous with Barcelona shutting out teams, in La Liga. The Chilean goalkeeper kept another clean sheet against Malaga and now has gone 726 minutes without letting in a goal in the league.

The last player to beat him was Kevin Gameiro on April 11, in the 84th minute. The Sevilla forward struck to earn his side a draw in a game Barcelona were winning 2-0.

After that Valencia, Espanyol, Getafe, Córdoba, Real Sociedad, Atlético de Madrid, Athletic de Bilbao and Málaga played against him without scoring.

Last season Barcelona were excellent in defence and it was only in week 9 when they conceded their first goal. It was a Cristiano Ronaldo goal from the penalty spot, after 754 mins unbeaten.

Now Bravo has the opportunity to reach 1000 minutes without conceding. To get to this figure he must shut out Atletico Madrid, Levante, Celta Vigo and survive the first four minutes against Las Palmas.
