Catalunya Ràdio: Barça want to sign yet another Ajax star
Ajax's goalkeeper, Onana, is on the club's shortlist should Cillessen leave the Camp Nou in the summer
Ajax's goalkeeper, André Onana, is on FC Barcelona's shortlist this summer should Jasper Cillessen leave the club at the end of the current season. This is according to information from Catalunya Radio's 'El Club de la Mitjanit' programme.
According to their sources, Onana's agent has already told Ajax about Barça's interest. Onana, 22, would cost around 20 million euros. You would expect Barcelona to try and reduce that fee though.
Onana came through Eto'o's academy before later joining La Masia until he reached Juvenil A level. In 2015, he was sold to Ajax.
With a contract which runs until 2021, and now the established number one at Ajax, it won't be an easy move to pull off.
