Braida: Montoya could leave Barça but Kovacic will not be arriving

Ariedo Braida, international sporting director of Barcelona, has spoken to Italian media about the club's potential dealings, in the aftermath of the interest of both Inter Milan and Juventus with regard to right-back Martin Montoya.

Braida has confirmed the comments of the player's agent, Juan de Dios Carrasco, who has maintained this week that he will have a meeting to address the issue: "In the coming days we are going to have a meeting with the agent of the player in order to make a decision. What the decision is going to be, isn't clear."

The Barça director also dispelled rumours surrounding the Catalan club with regards to Mateo Kovacic: "Kovacic is already not in our plans. We can't sign any other players until January, and we already have Aleix Vidal."
