The German club could report Barça to FIFA if they approach the player

Dembele is one of Barcelona's three top transfer targets this summer

Barcelona are not finding it easy to land any of their three top targets this summer. Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain do not want to sell Hector Bellerin or Marco Verratti and now Borusia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has said the German club aren't thinking about selling Ousmane Dembele.

"Ousmane Dembele is staying with Borussia Dortmund," Zorc said to German newspaper Waz. The Bundesliga side signed the forward last summer for 12 million euros from Rennes and the 20-year-old has adapted to life in his new surroundings well, which is why they do not want to lose his servies this summer.

Reports in Germany and France claim that Barça are prepared to pay 50 million euros up front with that rising to 70 million euros based on incentives being hit.

However, Zorc suggests that even at that price the Catalan club will not land the France international: "Ousmane Dembele has a long-term contract with Borussia Dortmund (until June 2021) and we continue to count on him. There are no negotiations. Ousmane, too, wants to play for Dortmund next season."

Dortmund have not taken well to the reports that the player may have held talks with Barça and newspaper Waz say that if the Blaugrana insist on negotiating with the player, The German side could report them to FIFA.

Dembele is wanted by Barça to play on the right side of their midfield and/or attack depending on their formation. He scored 10 goals and provided 21 assists in 49 appearances with Borussia Dortmund in 2016/17.
