Bartra's message to Luis Enrique: When you need me boss, I'll be there

Luis Enrique has spent several weeks warning that the La Liga run in will be full of surprises as the there are many teams playing for their seasons at both ends of the table. "If we look through the archives, there have always been surprising results in the final 10 matches. And in the final five, even more. There's an obligation to win and this season will be the same."

The Barcelona manager, despite that, believes that his team has been strengthened after the 8-0 win against Deportivo La Coruna and feels they are highly motivated to avoid said surprises in the final four matches of the season. "The win was the perfect result and it strengthens our current moment, our situation, which had been complciated after recent results, some fair, others unfair," Luis Enrique assured. "We now have four very interesting game weeks for everyone and we need to win all four games."

One of the players most in form is Luis Suarez, although the Barça boss preferred to talk about the team than individuals. "It's to the whole team's merit if we attack well and create chances. We are a team through the good and the bad." However, he was more open to speaking about Andres Iniesta. "There's the impression that Iniesta has been good since he was born. I have never seen him play poorly, he's at the same level as last season, when he was incredible. He's a key player, our captain, key on and off the pitch. I think there are few players with his intelligence in terms of football, he is unique."

He also congratulated Marc Bartra, above all, for his capacity to wait for his chance. "The game in A Coruna served to show that he is ready, to see that he can come in from the shadows and play really well. It's the attitude you have to have to be a professional. It's easy to say it, but difficult to do. Whenever I have spoke with him he has repeated: 'I am ready, when you need me boss, I'll be there.' It was a nice moment for him and he has to enjoy it and continue to be ready when the chances arrive."
