Bartomeu posts a goodbye message to Claudio Bravo
Barça have shown affection towards Claudio Bravo in his departure from the club.
The Blaugrana president Josep Maria Bartomeu posted a message on his Twitter account thanking the Chilean goalkeeper for his dedication and the success achieved during his time at the Camp Nou.
Bartomeu's message follows the confirmation of the transfer of the player to Manchester City for 18 million euros, plus two million euros based on objectives:
"Thanks Bravo for your professionalism as a Blaugrana player. You go with titles and the affection of everyone. Good luck!"
The president bade farewell to Bravo on a day in which he travelled to Monaco to attend the meeting of the executive committee of the European Club Association (ECA).
Bartomeu used the meeting to unite ties with different European clubs and create an outline for the path to follow this season.
His journey to Monaco comes at a time in which the only pending issue to complete in the transfer market is the fourth forward, with the option of Paco Alcacer as the priority.
