8,093 minutes: Barcelona's MSN is the most used attacking trio in whole of Europe

Barcelona's attacking trident are having a spectacular season. Messi, Neymar and Suarez are hitting brilliant numbers of goals and assists. However, the high number of minutes they are playing could hurt them in the final stretch of the season. No other trident has played as much as the 8,093 the MSN have.

Suarez with 34 games and 3,120 minutes has played more than any other top forward. Just five complete games less than he managed last year - take into account we are still in February. A little less used are Neymar and Messi, 'thanks' to the injuries they have had. The Brazilian has played 29 games, 2,604mins, five more than the Argentine (2,369mins).

Following Barcelona are Chelsea, with Diego Costa, Hazard and Willian adding up to 7,258 minutes. Willian has played 35 games, one more than Suarez.

Then come Man City, De Bruyne, Aguero and Sterling, on 6,919. De Bruyne played 35 games but then suffered a knee injury, which will kee him out until April. PSG are next, Cavani Ibrahimovic, Di Maria, with 6,733, while Arsenal follow.

Bayern Munich are on 5,657, with Lewandowski, Douglas Costa and Robben. They have had a lot of injuries, especially Robben, who has played just 1,061 minutes. Lewa is on 2,500 and Costa 2,096.

In seventh place come Real Madrid, with 5,482 minutes. Ronaldo 2,610, Bale 1,264, and Benzema 1,608. Between the latter two they haven't played as much as Suarez by himself. That's in part to the Copa del Rey elimination, as well as injuries.

The numbers show the MSN is the most 'squeezed' trio in Europe. And even though the likes of Robben, De Bruyne and Bale have suffered injuries, so has Messi.
