The club will offer 150 million euros for the Brazilian

Robert Fernández will try to close the deal in England

With Jean Michael Seri ruled out, Barcelona will go on their final offensive for Philippe Coutinho, the club's No.1 priority.

Barça will do everything they can to try to bring Coutinho in -- the Brazilian didn't play in Liverpool's Champions League qualifier on Wednesday -- as soon as possible.

The player has already handed in a transfer request and since then he has not played for Jurgen Klopp's team.

Barcelona will offer 150 million euros for the player, which will be 110 million fixed and 40 million in variables. It's the fourth offer, with the previous three all rejected by the Premier League side.

Liverpool have declared Coutinho 'not for sale' at any price and maintain he's a fundamental part of Klopp's project.

The first offer of 80 million, the second of 100 million and the third worth 130 million have not managed to convince them to change their minds.

Barça hope, once and for all, that 150 million will pave the way for a deal to be completed before the transfer window closes.

To close the negotiations, Robert Fernandez travelled to Liverpool. The sporting director will not be at the Champions League draw in Monaco and will instead try and close the deal.

Reports in England say Liverpool's stance has not changed, but Coutinho's position means a deal could still be done.
