Barcelona are paying attention to the future of Isco, whose contract with Real Madrid ends in 2018. The player is negotiating over a new deal but nothing has been resolved so far. The Blaugrana considered signing him but believe he will be too expensive for now.
His current release fee clause is around 40 million euros. Isco has been linked to Barcelona for a long time, even before he joined Madrid. He admires the club a lot and even named his dog Messi. However he eventually joined Madrid because their offer was better, although he did not accept an anti-Barcelona clause in his contract.
