After scoring a fine solo goal against Dortmund, Mboula saw off Porto from the penalty spot

After beating Porto 2-1, Barcelona's U19 side are into the final four of the UEFA Youth League. The semi-finals will be play between April 21 and 24 in Nyon, with Gabri's side meeting Salzburg for a place in the final.

Barça dominated the first half at the Mini Estadi. Despite not scoring, they had all the possession and were camped in Porto's half. As early as the eighth minute Abel had a goal ruled out for offside.

Gabri's side impressed tactically, with four defenders when defending and then moving to a 3-4-3 with the ball, similarly to the first team's recent change.

However, it was the Portuguese side who took a shock lead in the 62nd minute through Bruno Costa. Captain Cassamã produced a fine cross and Costa headed home.

Porto then tried to shut up shop but they couldn't keep Barça out. In the 74th minute Abel Ruiz took advantage of an excelled pass from Collado to deservedly level the scores at 1-1.

It would not be until the 85th minute, however, that the Blaugrana would seal the win. Pires fouled Guillemenot inside the area and the referee whistled for a penalty, which was scored by Mboula.
