Barcelona negotiating move for Romanian starlet Andrei Ivan

FC Barcelona are making moves to reinforce the youth team with players of high potential. In recent days, the Blaugrana have started to make moves to get Andrei Ivan, a Romanian player who turns out for University of Craiova. Ivan is the starlet of Romanian football and has various offers on the table, although his people like the idea of him moving to Barcelona with the hope he can fight for a first team spot. 

Andrei Ivan is the star of his side despite being just 19. He's been capped by his country and Steaua Bucharest have bid €3m for his services. However, player would like to leave the country and Barcelona is the option that attracts him the most.

The big inconvenience for the Catalans is that there is no money to spend in the winter window. For that, they are looking to make it a loan, with the option to buy for €4m in the summer. The player is liked by the youth coaches, who are convinced he could one day play for Barcelona's first team.
