Barcelona could hamper Valencia's move for Benfica full-back Joao Cancelo

Valencia want to take up their option to sign Joao Cancelo from Benfica for €15million, but they could face competition from Barcelona. 

It's well known that that Barça want to stengthen their right side and Cancelo has emerged as a target.

According to reports in O'Jogo in Portugal, Barcelona have already made their thoughts on Cancelo, who is only on loan at Valencia, known.

Nuno Espirito Santo's side want to sign him properly this summer, but they didn't count on having to do battle with Barça. 

Danilo, who signed for Real Madrid recently, was previously an option to fill Barça right-back position, while Torino's Matteo Darmian is also on Ariedo Braida's radar.
