FC Barcelona confirm they will play a friendly in Qatar in December
The Catalan club will take on Al-Ahli Saudi in between league games against Osasuna and Espanyol
Barcelona have confirmed they will will play a friendly in Doha in the middle of December.
It's a fixture which was originally suspended because of agenda problems in May, but it now finally has a new date.
The Catalan club will play against Al-Ahli Saudi FC at the Thani bin Jassim Stadium on Dec. 13.
It's part of Barça's agreement with Qatar Airways.
The Blaugrana will travel to Osasuna the weekend before, while the weekend after the face the Catalan derby against Espanyol.
In the agreement signed with Qatar Airways in 2010, which was renewed this past summer, it was stipulated the club would have to play a friendly each year.
Until now, they've only played one in Paris and have participated in a solidarity clinic in Palestine.
