FC Barcelona are interested in signing Chelsea's Victor Moses

The Blaugrana have been tracking the Blues winger intently and like how he has been performing in his new position

With their idea of reinforcing the defence ahead of next season, Barcelona are considering all possible options. If last week the sporting director and his men went to Italy, this week they are musing over a different topic—Chelsea right wing-back Victor Moses.

The Nigerian-born player, nationalised in England, has been converted from a winger into a full-back by Antonio Conte.

He is a fixture in the Blues’ team in a very Italian set-up, with three centre-backs and two wing-backs. He is physically impressive player, with a tendency to attack and he is adapting to the defensive routines bit by bit. Barcelona like him because of his attacking ways but also defensive strength.

Barcelona always look at players who have depth to their game and have been surprised by this player and for weeks have been following him intensively. For now he has been watched live three times. The new position seems to fit him like a glove and Chesea too, who have been winning since they used this new system. Moses has a contract until 2019.
