Barcelona 3-1 Midtjylland: Catalan kids into last eight of UEFA Youth League

Barcelona’s youngsters are through to the last eight of the UEFA Youth League after a 3-1 win over Midtjylland at the Mini Estadi on Tuesday. 

However, they had to come from behind against Danish side after Eric Montes put through his own net in the first half. 

Gabri’s side didn’t drop their heads. though, and fought back to secure their passage into the quarter-finals.

Theo Chendri levelled the scores after 50 minutes, but Barça had to wait until late on to seal the win. 

When the winning goals eventually arrived, it was the magical duo of Lee Seung-woo and Carles Aleña who got them in the 89th and 92nd minutes respectively. 

Both sides ended the game with 10 men after Murbeck and Montes were sent off.
