Barça's Gerard Pique will be fit to play against Atletico Madrid

Barcelona have seen physical problems mount up in recent hours, although now Luis Enrique is breathing more easily thanks to Gerard Pique's injury not stopping him from playing against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday. The defender didn't train on Monday but it was only precautionary. Pique will start against Atletico Madrid, as Barcelona play their Champions League quarter-final second leg tie, taking in a 2-1 lead.

Pique came back from Anoeta with some pain in the pubis. The problems in this zone, for him, started back in 2013-14 under Tata Martino and stopped him playing in the Copa del Rey final that year.

One player who is out for the game is Rafinha. The Brazilian hurt his adductor muscle against Real Sociedad and is set to miss the next two games. A pity for a player who has only just come back after six months out.
