Barça were not their best vs. Granada, luckily Suarez and Bravo were

I'm sorry, but there are somethings which I find difficult to understand. One of those, for example, is to try and blame a bad game or a bad result on the time of kick off.

It is true, with the data in hand, that of the last 13 matches Barça have played at 4pm, they have lost six, but that is not the fault of the time. We are talking about a professional team, professional players and the time, supposing it is a negative, is the same for everyone.

For me, Barça were not good against Granada. That's how it is. They were a long way away from the level we expect from Luis Enrique's side. The control the side usually have in the middle of the pitch disappeared.

While I don't understand the kick-off time excuse, I do understand that the state of the pitch was a problem. And the bad surface made things more difficult for Barça than it did for the home side.

But still, it's difficult to justify Barça's performance.

Barça did not shine and, once again, it was individuals who did the work -- not the team. Lionel Messi and Neymar did not have their best days.

Luckily, others did. Ivan Rakitic was brilliant, but if games are won and lost in the area, the key men here were Claudio Bravo and Luis Suarez.

Away from numbers and statistics, both the striker and the goalkeeper were decisive when called upon.

Bravo made two good saves in the first half when Granada were looking for an equaliser and Surez was involved in all three Barça goals. He's not just a goal scorer, but also a goal provider.

It's what the best teams ask for. When the block fails, individuals need to stand up. We agree it is not the ideal solution; it would be best for everyone to function well together.

However, when that's not possible, that's the challenge the best players face -- to step up.
