Barça turn to the German market... but without forgetting Coutinho
The club are looking at various options for January
Coutinho is still No.1 but there are other players
Barcelona's signing committee are making their final reports on several players. It's clear that Philippe Coutinho is still the top target, but Liverpool don't sell on the cheap and, at the moment, it's a difficult deal to negotiate.
The German market offers alterantives. Sporting director Robert Fernandez is focused on two or three players for the future. It remains to be seen whether he will take the interest to the next level, but at the moment the work and the reports being compiled is exhaustive.
For that reason, Robert and Urbano have been seen ar various Bundesliga games, such as Bayer Leverkusen against Wolfsburg last weekend, where they saw Julian Brandt, Jonathan Tah and Leon Bailey.
Young Schalke player Max Meyeris another player in Germany who the club have watched.
