Barça put a price on out of favour Aleix Vidal's head
The defender's future is off the table until January, but the club know how much they would want for him
Aleix Vidal is facing one of his most important weeks since he landed at Camp Nou. After it was confirmed that Sergi Roberto will be out this weekend against Deportivo La Coruna, the focus has fixed on the man from Valls.
Will Luis Enrique give him a chance or will he opt for an alternative solution? Away from that question, rumours have grown in recent hours about a possible exit in January although SPORT could find out that the future of Aleix has been parked until January.
However, it's clear that if he does finally end up leaving in January there is already a price on his head: 12 million euros. Barça wouldn't sell him for less, although they would not rule out a loan move.
Vidal, for the moment, is working hard to convince Luis Enrique to give him a chance to prove himself against Depor, although he's also clear that if he does continue to be sidelined -- he's been left out of the squad six games running -- he will have to look for a solution.
