Barça have completed the signing of Jose Arnáiz from Valladolid after the player passed his medical and signed a three year contract, with the option for two more years.
His release fee will double if he stays at Barça for a fourth and fifth year, from €20 million for the first three seasons to €40 million for the next two.
Barça will pay €3.4 million to Valladolid, plus add-ons that could take the fee over €4 million if the player makes the first team or plays for Spain. The player watched his new team last night and will join up with the squad today.
