Barça director Ariedo Braida heads to Portugal to talk Danilo

Ariedo Braida is expected in Portugal to talk about Porto right-back and Barcelona transfer target Danilo.

Barça's international director is currently on a tour of Europe as he looks to improve the current squad and, as reported by Onda Cero, his next stop is Portugal.

While there he will speak with Porto's board about Barcelona's interest in Danilo

The same report suggested Braida will fly into Vigo, before transferring south across the Spain-Portugal border.

With interest in the Brazilian constantly rising, Braida clearly feels it is important to make it Barça's position clear -- they don't want to become embroiled in a bidding war.

Danilo is contracted to Porto until 2016 and his release clause is €50million, however, Porto president Pinto da Costa has already said he would accept €40m.

Clubs like Manchester United, who are ready to pay the clause, Real Madrid, who have contacted his agent, and PSG are also keen on the full-back.
