Barça confirm presentation details for Andre Gomes
FC Barcelona have revealed the details of Andre Gomes' presentation at the club.
The Portuguese midfielder, signed from Valencia, is Barça's most expensive incorporation so far this summer.
He will arrive in the Catalan capital on Tuesday, but all the acts related to his presentation will take place on Wednesday, July 27.
The only new aspect, in comparison with the previous player presentations, is that it will take place at the Mini Estadi, due to the ongoing work in replacing the Camp Nou pitch.
This is the agenda:
Tuesday July 26
- 17:30 local time: Photo session next to the club badge outside the club offices.
- 18:00: Medical tests at the training complex.
Wednesday July 27
- 08:30: Medical exam
- 11:30: Official presentation for media on the first tier of the Camp Nou.
- 12:30: Photo session on the Mini Estadi pitch. Access will be permitted for fans from 11:30. They have to collect a free ticket from the club box offices (at access gate 15 of the Gol Nord stand, or at the Mini Estadi) on the day itself, from 09:00 onwards.
- 13:15: Press conference. The club will be represented by sporting vice-president Jordi Mestre, director of professional sports Albert Soler, and techincal secretary Robert Fernandez.
The player's release clause in his Barça contract will be 100 million euros.
