Barcelona have forgot about the rest to focus in signing Philippe Coutinho. The club have gone on the offensive once again to try and sign the player who has become their biggest priority. Representatives from the club are currently in Liverpool holding talks with the English club in a bid to reach an agreement and convert the Brazilian into a Barça player in the coming days.
Coutinho is once again not part of the Liverpool squad for their Chanpions League qualifier against Hoffenheim on Wednesday. He has already handed in a transfer request and made it clear he wants to leave Liverpool. His head is in Barcelona and, for that reason, the Catalan club are doing all they can to make his transfer a reality.
Barça made an offer worth 130 million euros last week for the player, 120 plus 10 in variables and now they have to increase that offer. It could reach 150 million euros, which could finally end Liverpool's resistance in holding on to their star player.
