Arda Turan: A signing which Barça boss Luis Enrique asked to be made

Luis Enrique now has the two additions to his FC Barcelona squad that he wanted. The signing of Atletico Madrid midfielder Arda Turan was commissioned by the Barça manager, as was the deal to bring in Aleix Vidal last month.

The Turkish international arrives to take Xavi Hernandez's place in the squad (even though there are huge differences between the two), while Vidal will cover the departure of Martin Montoya and the failed Douglas experiment.

Arda Turan is a very good player. His incorporation is an extraordinary success. The interim board has exceeded its functions by agreeing a 35 million euro deal, though, and Josep Maria Bartomeu's rivals will now have more arguments questioning the role of those currently in charge of the club during the election campaign period.

With Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal, Barça can close this chapter of signings.

The signing of Paul Pogba will happen in the summer of 2016. The club have closed an agreement with Juventus which will see the Frenchman stay in Italy for one more year. He will cost 80 million euros and he has a great future ahead of him.
