Another star with 'Barça DNA' could escape the Catalan club

Monaco's Bernardo Silva is wanted by some of Europe's biggest and best football clubs

Bernardo Silva, one of Monaco's star players, has become one of the most sought-after players in European football -- and he now has a price.

Silva is a midfielder for Monaco, who lost 5-3 to Manchester City in the Champions League last week, and has a contract until 2020. He's a player from the Jorge Mendes factory who has become not just a revelation in the French league, but is being followed all around the continent.

At 22, Silva is a midfielder with an attacking profile, who works on the right and has become a key part of the Portugal side.

After joining Monaco from Benfica, in exchange for 15 million euros, he's shown himself to be a player with 'Barça DNA'. He would adapt well to the Catalan club's style of player, but for the moment it seems there are other clubs chasing the player.

Manchester United, Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid are leading the way, while Monaco have named a price.

Barça's interest extends to having him watched, but it seems that United, thanks to coach Jose Mourinho's relationship with Jorge Mendes, have a preferential option.
