Andres Iniesta: Quotes from book "The move of my life"

Andres Iniesta's autobiography comes out soon. "The Move of My Life" is released next week, Monday September 5, and it reveals some of the player's best kept secrets. El Periodico published some extracts on Saturday. Here are some of the best bits so far...

Worst day of his life: "The worst day of my life was in La Masia. I had the sensation of being abandoned, lost, as if I had something pulled out from deep inside me. I chose it, it's true.... but it made me. It made me."

On his goal at Stamford Bridge: "Did I think about how to hit it? No chance. There was no time to think. If you think, you don't do anything."

The death of Dani Jarque: "I could not believe it. Dani, my friend Dani, had died. After that I fell into an unknown place. I went to the doctor and said 'I can't do this anymore'."

Messi on Iniesta: "On the pitch I like to have him close, above all if the game is strange, tough or rough. I tell him: 'Come close, stand by my side'. He grabs the team, drives it, looks for me, gives it to me. He's a modest person and as a player is magical, everything he does with the ball is amazing."
