Alen Halilovic set for Hamburg loan in Bundesliga
Alen Halilovic will be loaned to Hamburg this season. The Croatian is heading to the Bundesliga although a few parts of the deal have yet to be finalised.
Luis Enrique explained a while ago that he wasn't counting on the midfielder this season for first-team duties, so he has been looking for a loan club. Another option was to go to Sporting Gijon in La Liga.
Barcelona prefered to sell him for €10million but no club wanted to pay that much. Instead they will monitor him while on loan.
Halilovic will have to demonstrate his skills to convince Luis Enrique and technical secretary he deserves to have a place in the Barça first team.
