Aleix Vidal returns as Luis Enrique names squad for Borussia-Barça
The right-back is one of 20 players who will travel to Germany for this week's Champions League game
Luis Enrique has named his squad for this week’s Champions League clash with Borussia Monchengladbach, with Aleix Vidal returning to the list.
The right-back, after several weeks in the dark, will travel to Germany with Barça ahead of Wednesday's game.
The complete list of players who will make the journey on Tuesday is formed by Ter Stegen, Cillessen, Masip (goalkeepers), Pique, Mascherano, Jordi Alba, Digne, S. Roberto, Aleix Vidal (defenders), Rakitic, Sergio Busquets, Denis Suarez, Arda Turan, Iniesta, Rafinha, Andre Gomes, Rafinha (midfielders), Luis Suárez, Neymar Jr. and Paco Alcacer (forwards).
Logically, the two injured players, Lionel Messi and Samuel Umtiti, have not been named in the squad and will continue with their respective recoveries in Barcelona.
Barça will travel to Germany on Tuesday morning and will train at Monchengladbach’s ground ahead of the game. Luis Enrique and a first team player will also give a press conference.
