Aleix Vidal poised to start against Deportivo for Barcelona

Aleix Vidal will have a new chance against Deportivo de la Coruna after being frozen out for six weeks

Aleix Vidal will be brought out of the cold to start for Barcelona against Deportivo de la Coruna. At least, that's what Luis Enrique and his team are thinking at the moment.

After six games frozen out, the defender will have a new chance on Saturday afternoon. Circumstances oblige important changes to be made in the return of the league competition. Between players with knocks or those exhausted from international duty, Lucho will reach for the bottom of his wardrobe.

As well as Vidal, with Alba out, Digne is expected to start at left-back, while Umtiti and Mathieu did not go out on international duty and at least one should start.

The last time Vidal played was September 10, when Barcelona were beaten 2-1 by Alaves.
